Intelligence can be defined as the ability to acquire, apply, and retain new information and skills. Artificial intelligence is simply a machine displaying this capability. Although many people may think of artificial intelligence as a thing of the distant future, we already use the technology behind artificial intelligence in various forms today. If such a time is ever reached, we will have to reconsider what role artificial intelligence has in our society. If artificial intelligence is able to surpass our own mental capacity, would it then be time to consider using AI to solve matters of social, ethical, or moral matters? At what point do computers become so powerful that we use them beyond their initial purpose of solving calculations, and move on to using them for answers to the world’s moral and philosophical questions? Being a human, it is very necessary to develop a code of ethics to make choices and judgments that are morally proper to the community, society, and to the entire world. With the advances in computer technology, it has become necessity to held computer ethics to standards as it speeches the entirety of human actions and relations in the public. Organizations try to promote and maintain the ethical behavior to govern their employees’ conduct in the workplace to protect individuals from harm. Different organizations and companies have their own ethical expectations and rules. However, in the first step, every organizations and companies establish a code of ethics to promote ethical behavior and expectations of the organizations. They educate employees about the importance of code of ethics to let “the workforce gets a clear idea of the management’s expectation with respect to employee code of conduct and enhances communications by promoting an ethical culture within the organization” [1]. To deliver an effective ethical manner and inform employees about policies with respect to confidential, organizations make their due consideration to select a manager who can strictly follow the ethical rules and act as role model, which will benefit in guiding employees to promote ethical behavior.
