The ethical approach that closely matches my ethical decision-making is the universal approach “do unto others as you would have done unto everyone and yourself,” I accept it as an impartial non consequence based approach that can be applied everywhere at all times, unlike the other major ethics approach of utilitarianism that favors happiness of the majority and disregards individual rights for the greater good of the organization such as bribing of government officials.
