There are no good reasons to end a healthy pregnancy. There are no God reasons to end any pregnancy but, of course, there are many circumstances where even a God fearing woman could feel comforted that God would forgive her for having an abortion. Cases of rape that resulted in pregnancy or cases of pregnancies that would end a woman’s life due to complications are considered by most people to be very valid reasons to choose abortion over the natural course of life. Although, even though these cases of rape and the risk of the mother’s life seem like excusable reasons to have an abortion they are not the reasons that the majority of women are having abortions and many women have found the inner strength to continue pregnancies in the most undesirable …show more content…
There is what is called a spontaneous abortion which is a natural miscarriage but we are talking about an induced abortion where the mother willfully chooses to terminate a pregnancy. A woman may choose to have an abortion for a variety of reasons. She may base her decision on physical reasons, financial reasons, spiritual reasons or mental reasons but regardless of what the reason is they all ultimately end the possibility of a human being born. Even if a mother is otherwise healthy and the unwanted pregnancy does not pose a threat to her or her unborn baby’s overall health the “physical” reason may be that she does not want the pregnancy to change certain aspects of her pre-pregnancy body. Even though the mother may have access to financial resources that would reasonably allow her to carry and deliver a baby she may cite “financial” reasons for an abortion if the pregnancy and future child support would decrease her finances more than she was willing to endure. A woman’s “spiritual” reason to have an abortion could be that her religious or spiritual belief is against the circumstances that brought about the unwanted pregnancy. The woman considering the abortion for spiritual reasons may have had pre-marital sex or sex with someone other than her husband and she does not want the people in her spiritual community to judge and punish her because she participated in activities that went against their beliefs. The two types of abortion procedures offered to women are suction curettage abortion and medicinal abortion and both have physical risks associated with them. Suction curettage abortions use instruments to physically remove the fetus from a woman’s uterus and medical abortions use pharmaceutical drugs to cause the fetus to be expelled from the uterus. Drugs of any kind are always risky because different people suffer different side effects. It’s a fact that when instruments and suction are placed into a woman’s vagina and uterus there is a risk of injuries and infection that could require further care or abdominal surgery. Health care specialists at UCSF Medical Center warn women of these risks before they consent to the procedures. ["Medical Versus Surgical

Since a cleft lip does not affect the wellbeing of the mother any government aid should be provided because it is solely a preference decision. Some abortions may be necessary because of specific conditions, but because of a baby not meeting the desired checklist, should not be allowed to receive government aid on an abortion because it is a decision that was made because the parents would not be happy with the child they would have…

Being pro-choice does not mean you support murder. It’s supporting the mother and father’s choice of wanting a better life for the unborn child. It’s us understanding if a young girl won’t be able to raise a child because she was raped. While abortion is not forbidden, the woman seeking an abortion must consult with a rabbi who is qualified to give advice on the matter of abortion. Abortion is allowed—even encouraged—when the mother’s life is at risk. The limitations on this, however, are that the risk to the mother must be substantial and that the abortion cannot happen in late stages of the pregnancy. If she has life-threatening difficulty in childbirth, then an abortion is permissible until the head or another part of the unborn child leaves the mother’s body. If continuing the pregnancy would drive the mother to suicide, then an abortion is allowed.…

Once the egg becomes fertilized, the fetus then has a heartbeat and doing something to end that heartbeat is essentially ending the child’s life. Although having an abortion is not illegal, many people still consider it to be murder. The argument that the pro-life supporters make is that the child has a right to live. In a sense it’s not the child’s fault that they were created, so that child shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences. Some people also believe it is harmful to the child to do the surgical procedure because the child is physically suctioned out of the mothers body.…

A lot of woman who experience unintended pregnancy undergo abortions also. Hospitals around America stopped providing the choice for a woman to have an abortion.…
