I think that workplace abuse is very important ethical issue to discuss because many of us experience it each and everyday. Workplace abuse in the second highest observed misconduct, with it being observed twenty-two percent of the time (Ferrell, O.C., Fraedich, J.,& Ferrell, L.,2013). Many people in higher positions feel as though they can talk rudely and out of order to co-workers. Corporate intimidation is in every work place and really it is up to the person who it is being done to, to take action.
