Voting is something that sets the precedence to the county in which we live in, unfortunately so many unethical and unjust things occur during this process that people begin to lose faith in the government in which governs out daily lives. Growing up my family was very big on voting and pushed everyone to vote when they turned 18. My family always instilled that this is our opportunity to make change, which was liberating. I was excited to vote and always encouraged my friends to vote. My parents were always involved and would work the polls for every election.
