RT met with Dr. Vukasin and then came to meet with writer at the MOP office. Writer inquired about RT's well-being and RT informed writer that he has been doing "much better" since the last time they met. RT informed writer that he does not have diabetes or high blood pressure. RT's claims that his health is good. RT informed writer that this week he did laundry, and also went shopping to buy household products, such as soap to shower with. RT expressed that the medication that was given to him makes him more relaxed and is working well for him. RT stated that "I smoked weed 3 days ago". RT claims that weed was the only drug he used in the past few days but nothing else. RT stated that at his residence , he only receives $40.00 a week out
