1-Glare is one of the most unpleasant and annoying side effects and visual problems of lighting and the glare as a definition is defined as the visual condition in which the viewer feel discomfort and exhibits and the difficulty of seeing in the presence of the bright light even it is a direct light or the reflected sunlight. Glare can be measured with the luminance meters or luminance camera; as both of them are able to determine the luminance of objects within small solid angles. The visual sensation caused by excessive brightness and uncontrolled it can be disabled or simply uncomfortable. It is sensitivity to glare that can vary widely. Lightning is one of the oldest natural phenomena observed on the ground. It can be seen in extremely intense forest fires, volcanic eruptions, and heavy snow storms, hurricanes in the large, obviously and thunderstorms. Lightning can happen between opposite charges within the cloud or thunderstorm between opposite charges in the cloud and on the ground. It has been known that the lighting can be dangerous, every year many people are being killed and the occurrence of severe damage due to lighting.
