Starting with my lowest scores which was a two on Inspirational Leadership, we can think of ideas to improve our low scores. Inspirational Leadership is described as what a person does to lead a team in the direction they need to be going and how they lead them. They inspire others to feel like they are something bigger than themselves and therefore want to reach the goals set by the group. While this was my lowest score it is one that can be easily enhanced. Emotional intelligence also refers to a specific set of cognitive abilities associated with emotions. Intelligence is defined by Wechsler as “the aggregate or global capacity to of the individual to act purposefully, to think rationally, and to deal effectively with his or her environment.” (pg. 2).
