Try brightening the screen on your gaming system. Although the images might look creepier or more realistic in the dark, it will not help your performance. Colors blend together and make it difficult to spot your enemies, allowing them to creep up on you. Therefore, you should brighten your screen, as long as you don 't care that you will slightly lose the realness of the game. This will allow you to separate colors and shadows, and make finding those elusive enemies much easier.
Be careful about letting your child play online video games, especially games with live audio. There can be foul language in these channels, as well as a lot of bullying behavior. There can also be child predators in these chat rooms. Know what your child is doing and monitor these chat times for their protection.
