Social psychology consists of three major topics including social behavior, social influences and social cognition. They all relate to interacting with others either through body, language, or verbally. Emotions play a big part on how someone will react in a situation or respond to a negative feeling. The body and brain will signal each other how to move according to the three effects of social psychology.

In this book it tested participant’s patience and how they would handle situation. A certain situation was used in the book to test participant’s situation and determine whether they thought it was difficult or easy. They got to rate themselves on how they would react and how the conflict was for them. People who reported six times said to it would be an easy condition.
