How positive effects of social networks outweigh the negative ones By

Social networking entails the use of social media websites such as Facebook amongst people or organizations. People have started using technologies fully and they are currently available in office and home Pcs as well as phones. Through these websites, it becomes easy to exchange data and information, unlike cases in the past where this was almost impossible. There are a number of advantages that social media has brought to the world, and it is almost impossible to ignore them. It is my opinion that social networking has brought more good than bad to the society, as it is currently impossible to live without social media.

For instance, employers in most organizations and companies have noticed the negative effect that the availability of internet on office computers. One of the most undoing of having internet connectivity on office computers is that instead of the workers focusing on their work, they are busy connecting with their friends via the social network sites. This when done severally every day, it becomes addictive and can affect the concentration of the workers from their real job to other less important things. To enjoy the full benefits of social media, it is vital for people to have some discipline, and do what is required at the right time.
Additionally, social networking tends to influence children too negatively. If the underage people become intoxicated with addictive stuff such as pornography, then the morality in society goes down and as result it may yield very destructive results in the long term. It may lead for instance to the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in young adults as they become exposed before their time. Overall, access to addictive information via the social networks can lead to disorientations of the young people in so far as life issues are
