This smog was harmful to people’s health due to inhalation of the amounts of smoke. Now, in 2015, people still burn some of their trash, because there is simply no other use for it, but if we continue to burn larger amounts of garbage, this horrible event can happen again. If recycling is made easier accessible to people, more people will recycle their items instead of burning them. Cutting down on the air pollution and cutting down on health issues caused by this high smoke inhalation. It may be said air pollution will happen either way, but due to less trash being burned, less smoke and pollutants are emitted and the less harmful it will be to human
