The best example I can offer the reader about a type of cheap and processed food is the fast food restaurant McDonalds, they are always offering cheap prices and oversized amounts of food to the customers. Most of America is part of the working class and obtaining cheap food is not going to be denied by them this is why America is one of the leading countries in obesities and health related diseases. It’s necessary to have processed foods in America because when natural disasters occur we need a way to survive and the processed foods will help keep people alive. Also there are foods that lose their dietary benefits if cooked a certain way and by adding an extra amount to those foods they are able to help people keep in good health. Also Processed foods are not harmful to people if they eat in decent amounts every once in a while we begin to see epidemics of obesity when people consume too much of something.
