Pollution is a huge problem pertaining to the health of not only humans but animals as well. Some of the pollution was naturally occurring such as erupting volcanoes, erosion of land from constant wave breaks, carbon dioxide build up from organisms. One things for sure, the pollution that was caused by humans first came a problem during the Industrial Revolution in the late 1700’s to the mid 19th century. This pollution affected not only the health of people, but it was killing the environment. Some examples of man made pollution are factories giving off smog, exhaust from motorized vehicles, trash not thrown away properly, and runoff from fertilizers.
