Once they land on a certain space, they can choose to do that exercise and keep the space or pass and let someone else do it. Just like monopoly the harder exercises will be at the end of the board, taking the place of boardwalk and park place. There will be two huge dice in the middle of the park, to start the game the contestants or players will have to “roll” the die by kicking it or using their strength to roll it over. Once they move they decide if they want to do the exercise or pass the dice. This game will be suitable for high school students and above because of the intensity of the exercises. To win the game you will own the most exercises, if you own the exercise and people land on your space they will have to do that exercise. If you want to buy houses or hotels on the space, it will be like adding a part to the exercise. The only difference to the game is to buy the space you yourself have to do the exercise and you can’t back out. I think this would be a great way to exercise, playing a board game with a huge group of people, what’s more fun then

When this assignment was assigned, I knew I wanted to choose the two assignments I knew that were going to help me the most later in life. After a semester of learning about email etiquette, the job application process, designing PowerPoints, and research methods, I knew I had a lot to choose from. I wanted to make sure I chose, in my eyes, the two best documents I turned in. The two documents I have selected to revise for this portfolio are the email package from unit one and my job application from the document redesign portion in unit three. Amber, I think there is a misunderstanding/confusion on the agreed process, which it has not been implemented yet. If you might recall from our meeting, I stated that by August 1, I will create a new tracking file to capture (year out) the supplier transition plan for procurement led sourcing initiatives and critical VO initiatives (managed by Vito Biundo). In order to do this, I would use our sourcing calendar and the packaging engineering VO list. From a process perspective, the VO list is updated on a monthly basis by the packaging engineering group and the sourcing calendar by my team. To Bethany’s point, I have instructed my team to help Vito keep this list as updated as possible.…

Glenn-reply to Haamid initial reply to DQ WK 2 part 2 I read your post, and it prompted me to do more research on interest rates and their inverse relationship to bond prices. At first glance, the inverse relationship between interest rates and bond prices seems somewhat illogical, but upon closer examination, it makes sense. An easy way to grasp why bond prices move opposite to interest rates is to consider zero-coupon bonds, which don't pay coupons but derive their value from the difference between the purchase price and the par value paid at maturity. ("Why do interest rates tend to have an inverse relationship with bond prices?…

The average person should get approximately 150 minutes of moderately intense exercise per week, according to the American Heart Association. At this level of intensity, someone is breathing harder than normal and perspiring, but not necessarily sweating and panting hard. If someone can perform that type of vigorously intense exercise, the Association cuts the recommended number of minutes in half. A good goal is to shoot for three to five bouts of physical activity per week, and to mix things up so that the body doesn’t adapt to the exercise, decreasing its effective.…
