Too Little Or To Much?
There is a pandemic spreading across the world and it is nearly impossible to prevent or stop only very few children were able to overcome this condition, which is called “Obesity” there has been many attempts to stop this trend of “fatty foods” but the problem is almost all of the food children are nourished with these days are filled with fatty acids that can get the child hooked on that food making them crave more and more. Child Obesity, a significantly overweight child for his or her age or height can define if the child undergoes their life being obese, harms millions of children and parents due to multiple conditions, citizens of America have created multiple organizations to help prevent or reduce child obesity pushing for healthier foods in school and help children through depression and neglect, these organizations do campaigns which do physical activities and events that help children get in shape and overcome obesity.
Obesity is one of the nation’s fastest growing and most troubling health problems. Unless you act to address the emotions behind why you eat, you could be facing long-term problems. If you have a very high body mass index (BMI) – that is, your weight is significantly more than what is generally considered healthy for your height.
