The internet is negative in many ways. The internet can keep people from being socially active in personal communication. People’s identities are ruined by social media. A girl or guy may send out a personal picture of themselves naked and it may spread worldwide. This happens quite often. Cyberbullying happens on the internet. If you think about it, getting harassed and put down can possibly ruin your life. However there are positives. Some people can use the internet to stay in contact with others. People can use the internet to get popular or well known for special talents. The internet is negative and internet use should be limited because people become bad in personal communication because they only communicate via internet, Peoples identities are ruined, some become addicted to the internet, and viruses are caught ruining lives and causing people to lose money.
People become horrible in face to face communication because of the internet. Instead of personally socializing people begin to only talk on the internet. When you think about it the negatives outweigh the positives. The negatives have way more consequences and bad effects to people’s lives. Lives can be taken or ruined by too much internet or just internet in general. For example if someone gets addicted to the internet their life suddenly starts to go downhill. Their priorities start slipping and next thing you know they are homeless and can’t even feed themselves. Another example would be if someone is exposed on the internet.
