One of the most dramatic events that are produced from this was given the term Cybersuicide. This describes the suicide or the attempt of suicide, which is influenced by the Internet. Cybersuicide has caught the attention of the scientific community as recorded incidents of suicide are growing over the internet. It has been suggested that the use of the internet and specifically websites about suicide can promote suicide and thereby contribute to increasing rates of Cybersuicide.
