Since test scores tend to be higher for homeschoolers than their public school counterparts, homeschooling is a very effective option for many parents. It provides parents with time to spend with their children while learning in a way that is conducive to their learning style. However, it all depends on the efforts of the parents and children to remain dedicated to their education. Over half of all home-schooled children do return to regular classroom instruction after a period of time, but most do count it as a success. Homeschooling is not for everyone, but most of the ones who do it count it as a success, even the ones who do not continue with home education. They cite a greater sense of connection with their families and have a renewed love of learning. Personally, I think that counts for pretty much
