The effects of General Anxiety and Panic attacks
General anxiety is caused by a number of things, some of the main ones being over worrying about things, people with anxiety worry about common everyday things like money, health, work, and things we don 't even think of. This worrying and stressing over normal things can cause people to have panic attacks.

This is caused by their stress about common decisions and always worrying abut common things like money, family, friends, work, driving, what to buy, choosing things, etc. They also are unable to relax they are always tense and up tight, and this can lead to long term and short term health problems. The short term is lack of energy, being nervous having an increased heart rate, shortness of breathe and being light headed and dizzy. This anxiety and worrying over normal everyday things for more days than they don 't worry for at least 6 months means that they have GAD and can be treated. There are various methods of treatment most common are seeing a psychiatrist and counselors who can help them get to the core of the problems. Also there are certain medications that they can give them that help to calm them down and even change certain process in the brain that may be causing the anxiety.
Some of the main symptoms of General Anxiety Disorder are stress, nausea, sweating, lightheadedness, dizzy, headaches, muscle aches, twitching trembling. The other things are internal such as stomach aches, strain on your heart, headaches, can cause ulcers, and can cause you to loose wight or gain
