By being under age I do not part taking in the consumption of alcoholic beverages but alcohol has a high impact on the heart. Having digested a large amount of alcohol can hurt the heart by raising the good cholesterol that our body produces, lowers the blood pressure to harmful levels, it overall weakens your heart and can lead to heart failure, it is linked to high levels of fat which can clog arteries, and contributes to significant weight gain. All of the component are leading causes of heart disease and are even expressed in the questions we took in the survey. Alcohol is not only bad for you it can be used to achieve a healthy life style if used in proper context.
