The use of technology has been precipitately increasing in recent years. The digital world has a way of including itself in relatively every aspect of life nowadays. The proficiency technology provides in the modern world has created many conveniences in everyday life. "The Digital Revolution started booming in the later 20th century and has been flourishing ever since" (Schoenherr). Some believe that technology is causing the brain to rewire, which causes them to not retain information as easily and be abstracted from specific interactions with people and other knowledge. On the other hand, even if technology is rewiring the brain, the people of the future do not suffer from unusual intellectual deficiencies because they multitask quicker and more efficiently and sort quickly through many different tasks. Also, they are more able to find answers to particular questions, partly because they can search adequately and access certain information by way of the internet.
