The way people think about homelessness is very sad. They think they are different from us and this has affected the way people think and feel. So how does homelessness affect society? In the webpage “Attitudes toward homeless affect us all.” by Hailey Yook, published on March 3, 2014, one day a homeless woman was by a bench with her cart full of stuff, she would go around and sit by people and immediately their reaction was to move to a farther spot that is not close to the homeless woman. It is possibly that they reason they acted this way is because of the way she looked and smelled but another reason they acted this way is because they have a fear or homeless people which is fine because it’s a common fear people have.
