Impact of a very low-energy diet on the fecal microbiota of obese individuals

This article discussed contains information of a study that was conducted on dietary intake affects the fetal microbiota of a group obese individuals after being on a low diet intake diet for six weeks. This experiment happen within 5,8, and 12 month period. During the experiment, there were sixteen participants in a 12 month period participates in a high protein and low in carbohydrates diet. This participants also participates in exercising and life counseling. In the results of this experiment, the findings was the high protein affected the fetal microbiota. The services that were provided were physical exercising and promoting eating healthy. In the sessions, trainers gave the participants a opportunity to taste variety of foods which are healthy. In this clubs, participants weight loss are monitor and kept record throughout the session. In the end of sessions, club employers kept in contact with some of the participants and three out of six participants had continue to loose weight. Researchers has found evidence of a treatment weight loss diet and exercise. Within the evidence that was found, separate or interactive effects has not been assess. In the experiment, researchers evaluate a twelve week diet behavior variation treatment to decrease energy consumption, and implement aerobic exercise. By combining exercising and promoting eating healthy, reduces body weight in lacerating women at the end of the treatment.
In the results of the experiment, dietary treatment provided clinically relevant weight loss in lacerating women. These results was continued after a 9 month treatment. These collective treatments does not produce significant weight or body changes in any dietary treatment
