On Day 1 (13 October), I met all macronutrient (carbohydrates, fats and protein) ranges. One thing that I noticed was that I went over my recommended range for fat by 7.1%. On this day, I had fat in every meal. On Day 2 (14 October), I met all macronutrient ranges; this came as a surprise to me as I ate the least amount of calories this day. On Day 3 (25 October), I met all macronutrient ranges, except protein; this was also another surprise since I ate the most amount of calories this day. My father tends to cook meals, but considering how busy he was we ordered pizza that would last us two days. On Day 3, I attend modelling classes with my sister in Sacramento from 12-3pm. Normally I hold off my hunger until I get home to eat (which isn’t until 5pm because of traffic), but my sister began complaining for food so we went out. Another point I can make is that because I knew I had to record my food intake for this project, I held myself back on eating.
