The Drought is still a Problem in California
The drought in California is still a problem. It has been the worst drought in the past 500 years. This drought has affected the state of California in many ways. It has caused that long term and short term impacts. Some of the long term effects affect the wildlife and can caused wildfires in the future. It has also impacted the people to conserve water and to not waste too much water. The drought has caused several things that have had a domino effect like leaving some farmers with good crops.
The drought has short-term and long-term impacts. Some of the long-term effects on the drought are that the pumping of the aquifer can caused the land to sink and can cause permanent loss of groundwater storage.
