I recently met the founders of the Driven Group. The Driven Group is the holding company for Red Styxx Beverage, Driven Global Golf, and Red Styxx Apparel.

Red Styxx Beverage is best known for its award-winning DESTINY line of sparkling and table wines. Superstar model, celebrity & reality-television star Nicole Murphy is a brand ambassador and partner of DESTINY. DESTINY wines are carried in some of the nation's largest retailers, including Kroger, the Safeway Group, and HEB (largest grocery chain in Texas). The Red Styxx Beverage division has a valuation of $72.1MM.

Driven Global Golf is a minority-owned manufacturing company that brands and wholesales its own line of golf club, bags, balls and accessories. The company is the owner of 83 product toolings, dozens of product specifications and 14 patents and trademarks. Its proposed launch is Spring 2017. The DRIVEN Global division has a pre-market valuation of $22.3MM.

Red Styxx Apparel will launch in conjunction with DRIVEN Global Golf in the Spring of 2017. Its purpose will be to bring new brands and new products to market, to support an active, "Driven lifestyle". The unique about their capital raise is that they are providing small investors an opportunity to participate. Based on their financial projections Red Styxx Beverage's exit strategy for its investors is to grow through distribution and brand expansion to sell at a multiple of 10-20x. Ultimately the purpose of operational and brand growth over the next 36 months is to maximize market value for the purpose brand sell-off or company exit in 3 to 5 years to a company who wishes to procure our brands for access to niche, young, high-value customers - especially the minority and women
