There are multiple suggestions to promote a responsible drinking of alcoholic beverages. According to Levinthal (2014), an overwhelming proportion of the population drinks on occasion, enjoy the experiences, but have never engage in any violent or aggressive acts. People who never engage in violent or aggressive acts drink in moderate amounts, and avoid situations in which alcohol consumption would impair their performance and danger to others such as driving (Levinthal, 2014). The video started by showing different individuals consuming alcoholic beverages at the office, home, bars, and restaurants. Once the individuals finished drinking they all drove their car to get home, however not one got to their destination. Fortunately, police check points were able to stop few of the individuals who were driving under the influence. However, other did not had that luck and continued driving until they had an accident. The commercial showed multiple accidents caused by drunk drivers and the result of the accidents. The result of the accidents were devastating for the family members of the individuals involved in the accidents. The video also showed the suffering individuals involved in the accidents felt, and the pain family members felt when they were notify of the incident. At the end, the video showed parents hugging pictures of the individuals who died at the scene, others visiting their kids at the hospital, and other visiting their son or daughter at jail. This video can be used in a campaign to reduce drunk driving because it show the consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol. It demonstrate that driving while intoxicated will lead you to the hospital, prison, or in worst of the cases to the commentary. Moreover, the video transmits you the pain of the parents when crying and suffering for their kids who died for the irresponsibility of the drunk driving.
