Some of the largest colleges, both public and private, in the United States; all of which require students to put forward their utmost effort to succeed (Lindsay). In the first year of college, most freshmen will almost never have the formula to succeed; this is partly because college is completely different than what you’re used to. College tends to be the first time that a person begins to feel independent and act on their own free will. This often leads to an abundance of available time throughout the day, and in some cases this will ultimately be the downfall of a bright student’s college career. Handling stress in an effective manner can boost efficiency within school as well as becoming an overall happier person outside of school. Stress management helps to put a student into a positive mind set most of the day. Handling stress iwut On multiple occasions handling stress has helped me in multiple areas of my life, outside and inside of school. Whenever I have became stressed within school it always benefits me to take a break from my work and focus on other things. After focusing and taking a break from my work I will come back and feel rejuvenated and much more motivated.

The fear of failure is the reason students perfect a formula of success that is specifically designed to give them the experience they want in college; whether it be just passing or getting straight A’s. Time Management, Persistence, as well as Stress Management all contribute to a very broad formula of success that a lot of students could follow from my experience.
