After analyzing the Doohickey case study, we found three main problems in the company. First, there is no sexual harassment policy in the corporation. It has not only caused a nonstop cycle of unwelcome advances toward a female worker, which is not only morally, but legally wrong. However, it has also not being penalized as the law stipulates because it seems to be an “inoffensive,” “funny,” or “normal” approaches toward a woman. Second, there is a lack of diversity in the management department. According to the Doohickeys, 90% of the managers are white- class males. According to the article; Making Differences Matter, for a company to become more successful, it is necessary to have workforce diversity because it brings varied perspectives
