In the workforce diversity id welcome. Diversity is seen as a bridging of ideas from individual with different backgrounds, whether it be economical sociological, race or gender. In those different where does sexual orientation and religious expression fit in. Does a person religious affiliation or sexual orientation really contribute to ideas that increase an organization performance? There to diversity characteristics have always existed but with an increase in cultural acceptance, sexual orientation individuals are becoming increasing visibility in the organization and in some target population.
