These programs are excellent because some homeless families need a little more time and focusing supports to get themselves stable before they move in their permanent housing. I think these programs have strong commitment to provide safety and stability while encouraging families involved with “self-exploration, professional skill-building and personal growth, leading to emotional well-being, self-reliance and full membership in the larger community”. (Cambridge’s domestic violence agency, 2015). I appreciate that Devra provides the handouts of the structure of the organization and the job prescription about case managers, so that I can get more understanding about how they run the organization for 30 years. I am surprised that the work obligations of their case managers. It seems that they have a lot to do with teamwork to corporate the organization working in its high efficiency.
