There are many different activities whilst many assume this to be physical this is not the case. It can be physical or mental. These activities can be done on your own or in a group. Activities do not have to mean breaking a sweat for 30minutes everyday; it can be something that you do as part of your daily routine, walking to the shops, gardening or a bit of housework. You can take part in an exercise any way you want to. This can range from a walk to a regular exercise class, such as aerobics. Exercise programmes can be easily accessed at your local leisure centres or local gyms. An aerobics class would be classed as physical activity.
