Personality Essay The differences between introverts and extroverts could not be more opposite, however no one personality is inferior in comparison to the other. Introverts are most known for their quietness and less sociable attitudes. While extroverts are more outgoing and use sociable situations as their comfort zone. While extroverts seem to be the most desired personality in the world today, it does not mean introverts are of lesser value. It just so happens that many famous and wellknown people are extroverts, therefore many people favor that personality to be closer to their favorite celebrity or politician. Unlike introverts, extroverts feel most comfortable in social situations and is there way of obtaining their energy. Extroverts are typically known for being very outgoing and sociable. They easily connect with people and are extremely socially active. This constant sociable activity helps the extroverts learn to pick up on people 's sensitivities and needs. This great sense for other people make it very easy for extroverts to grow in their profession by easily meeting new people and impress them with their unwavering confidence. Extroverts are also known to be very expressive, because of their comfort with other people they can openly talk about their feelings. This is good for extroverts because it enables them to get the weight of their shoulders and be able to relax. It is commonly said that extroverts never listen and only talk. This however is not true, extroverts are more than capable of listening to other, but they do it in an interactive way. Instead of quietly listening to one take, extroverts will commonly ask question in order to find a solution to the situation. Another myth that has been holding up extroverts, is that they are unable to make close friends, and are only capable of making acquaintances. This too is false, just because extroverts are sociable, does not mean they cannot connect on a deeper level than acquaintances. Lastly, it is said that extroverts are never shy. As I had stated earlier, shyness is not to be associated as an accurate personality trait. Anyone can become shy when out out of their comfort zones, even extroverts.
