The amount of food you eat depends on whether or not your weight matters to you. Saturated fats is in almost everything you eat unless made without any. Food is made with saturated fats because most foods need that for flavor. Most saturated fats examples are ice cream, whole milk, cream, butter, chicken with skin, pork, and even beef. It can be very hard for a person to go even weeks without being able to eat any of this. The relationship, which is defined by the laws of thermodynamics, dictates whether weight is lost, gained, or remains the same. Restaurants …show more content…

Saturated fat is something that can accumulate inside of your body and give you health issues or cause it to be very hard for you to try and lose it when you feel like its necessary. Kim Severson from the book Cook Fight claims all saturated fats are hidden in everything you eat. Maybe even sometimes in the healthy items. Hydrogenated oil is in 40% of the food people consider healthy (parag. 1,2). Nothing now a days is good for you, especially if you eat that item more than needed. Most people become lazy and just buy whatever comes to mind and it becomes a habit, slowly hurting you inside and sometimes out. The Columbia Encyclopedia also claims a correlation has been found between the consumption of solid fats in food and cholesterol levels in blood. Most people eat with their eyes not their mouths (parag. 1). Since so many people just want to eat, eat, and eat food, this causes the issues in their body. Food can damage you if you do not control yourself. Food can be a beautiful thing when you look at all the different kinds and colors. Another doctor clarifies that saturated fats are everywhere. Most places tried eliminating foods with trans fat in them because of the harm being done. Food is something needed to survive but yet is killing us (parag. 1).People do not realize what they are doing to themselves by eating all these crazy foods.
