The amount of food you eat depends on whether or not your weight matters to you. Saturated fats is in almost everything you eat unless made without any. Food is made with saturated fats because most foods need that for flavor. Most saturated fats examples are ice cream, whole milk, cream, butter, chicken with skin, pork, and even beef. It can be very hard for a person to go even weeks without being able to eat any of this. The relationship, which is defined by the laws of thermodynamics, dictates whether weight is lost, gained, or remains the same. Restaurants are a place where people pay to sit and eat meals that are cooked and served on the premises. Lots of people love going out to eat at these type of places and enjoy tasting all the different types of food served. Saturated fats is simply fat molecules that have no double bonds between carbon molecules because they are saturated with hydrogen molecules. Foods that are being cooked and served all contain some type of saturated fat inside of them. It is not very good for you but its an ingredient that might be needed to give flavor or taste or color.
