My Diet

It is so hard to believe how fast the numbers of obese people grow in America. Based on our Nutrition book ” there is 68% of North American is obese”, so we all need to be curious what to do and how to manage our diet. When I start writing my paper, I did not have hard time to get five people around me. I found two of them in my family that is my sister and my niece, and other people that I know around me. The first person I am going to talk about is my sister Netsy. My sister is 23 years old, and we live together. So I get to see her diet. In my opinion, her diet is not good because she usually skip her breakfast and eats lunch around 11 o’clock, and she usually eats high calorie foods such as beef, chicken …show more content…
Natty and my brother play basketball every weekend, but natty is overweight. He is overweight because he loves to eat everything and everywhere. Moreover, he packs a lot of snack such as bag of chips and drinks 20oz cock. My recommendation for Natty is to plan his diet, to replace his soda intake to milk or water, and his snacks to fruit. Also, he should exercise for 45 to 60 minutes to improve his weight. The last person is my father friend who comes to hang out with my dad. He is about 52 years old. He spends his time by sitting at home, reading book, and drink with his friends. His favorite diet is eating meat most of the time and drinking alcohol. He does not either like to walk or work out. So that, my recommendation is reduce his alcohol intake, try to work out for 30 minutes per day, and reduce his meat intake to vegetable and fruit. Because he is old, he needs to reduce his fat intake to prevent chronic dieses. In conclusion, all people need to balance the energy intake and energy out put to protect their selves from being overweight, obese and further diseases. Further more, our diet must be depend on my plate recommendation and avoid our physical
