The middle level teacher should have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about teaching their adolescents. It is also important that they ensure all students get a chance to learn and reach their full potential. The teacher should make it one of his/her main priorities to be a good role model and maintain a high standard of ethical behavior and professional competence. It is also important to express the importance of interrelationships and interdependencies among various professionals who are also serving young adolescents.
It is important, also, to note the potential value and impact of the community on the middle school environment and the development of young adolescents. The students can often prove to be the products of their environments. In the case of schools like this middle school, this is not always a good thing. For instance, without taking any education classes one would not know the benefits of blended learning, or that there are 7-9 different learning styles. Someone without prior experience might be shocked to hear that certain teaching styles that they were taught with have been changed because students learn better by doing things differently. By changing from the old, less effective ways to the newer, more effective ways, both the teachers and students are benefiting. The students receive a better method for learning, and the teachers are not wasting their time teaching students
