After a few days time the intolerable pain had begun to spread all throughout Dolly's body. No matter how much water she drank it was never enough to quench her never ending thirst. After days of hard work, the dog sled team had finally arrived at the Pelly. Dolly continuously felt like her head was spinning, and it was hard for her to focus on anything. The pain that had begun in her throat had made its way into every crevice of her body. All of the sudden, everything went blank. Now, all that Dolly could think of was maliciously attacking the nearest dog, who happened to be Buck. Somewhere buried deep in her mind she fathomed that something was not right, but she could no longer had control of her own body.
