The Destruction Of Dolly's Pain In Husky

The pain inside Dolly was intolerable. The pain had begun when the awful Husky attacked her. Dolly, not wanting to get involved, had been watching Buck and Spitz fight from a distance. The next instance Huskies had surrounded the camp. These were not the cute well brought up Huskies either. These were mangled, famished Huskies. A Husky approached her. Dolly new then and there that she had to fight him. It was not easy for her to fight because she was not one who cared for fights. One Husky, a larger one, attacked Dolly brutally. Dolly "had a badly torn throat" (London, chpt.3, p. 10) After fighting Dolly collapsed. Most of the food rations had been eaten. Francois came over to Dolly, and all the other dogs to look them over.

After a few days time the intolerable pain had begun to spread all throughout Dolly's body. No matter how much water she drank it was never enough to quench her never ending thirst. After days of hard work, the dog sled team had finally arrived at the Pelly. Dolly continuously felt like her head was spinning, and it was hard for her to focus on anything. The pain that had begun in her throat had made its way into every crevice of her body. All of the sudden, everything went blank. Now, all that Dolly could think of was maliciously attacking the nearest dog, who happened to be Buck. Somewhere buried deep in her mind she fathomed that something was not right, but she could no longer had control of her own body. The madness had officially won its battle, and Dolly became one with the madness. The air no longer felt cool to Dolly and no longer smelled of fresh trees. Instead everything inside of Dolly's body felt like it was calescenting. Dolly charged after Buck and, consequently, he kept ran away from her. This only encouraged her,
