What is a Camaro? That is the question automotive reporters asked Chevrolet in 1966 when they introduced a new automobile model to their line of cars. In this paper I will be discussing the design of the Chevrolet Camaro starting with the origin of the car. Introduced in 1966 as a 1967 model year car, the Camaro has been in production for over fifty years with exception of an eight year gap from 2002 to 2010. This means the Camaro has been made for longer than most other domestic car models for sale today on the car market. The sixties were a very different time in our culture.
