Later in Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, the demise of the lovers will be caused when the families get involved in the lover’s relationship after nurse reveals their secret marriage. Nurse is a very loyal and honest servant and wants the best for Juliet. She will tell the families for Juliet's safety from any harm they might bring to the lovers to break them apart. Since Juliet does not want her family to split herself and Romeo up, she will turn to nurse who she trusts with the secret of their marriage. All nurse wants for Juliet is to keep her safe because she raised her as her own and feels “thou wast the prettiest babe that e’er I nursed” (I.iii.62).
