A leader has a responsibility of organising and managing work in a team. Thus, the responsibility of team is to provide full support and co-operation to his leader. Each team member should have an inner sense of understanding that they have a particular role to play in their work. A leader may point out the mistakes of his team members so it is duty of each member to work hard and overcome their weakness. A team should always work as a unit in order to achieve success.
