But as there are different kinds of people in this world, coming from different socio-economic- cultural backgrounds, having different aspirations and goals, all on different pages of their book - life , the definition of success varies from person to person and from phase to phase of lives. Success can’t be defined for once and for all. It’s relative, just how happiness is. Happiness is a whole new concept all together yet an integral part of the idea of success. Happiness is simple yet complex, just how success is. The realization of being successful happens when one feels the most happy, or is it the other way round? Happiness and success always complement each other. But sometimes people can be successful yet not happy and the other times they can be happy but not feel satisfied with their position in life. Some feel the need to be emotionally strong to be able to perform to their fullest potential in order to achieve their goals, some need to be financially strong to do the same. Some need the support of near and dear ones, while some like to be independent. Everybody has the right to expect the best for them and define their own living. Everyone gets to be the hero and the director of their life, all one has to do is make some right decisions!
