Unlike, a lot of crimes that happens this were a high profile case in which the prosecutor in my opinion was trying to make sure that he got a guilty verdict because a lot of people were killed and hurt. Therefore, the outcry of justice from the public in my opinion clouded his judgement in ensuring that everything was correct. Although, I do feel that the prosecutor could have not waived the right of the case to be heard in juvenile court because of the evidence he had pertaining to the case about a copy of the videotape interview were halfway through the interview the sound malfunctioned and four hours of the interview was silent. Therefore, I feel that there was a lot of information from the video that was left up to the interpretation of the judge because there was no jury.
