Hillary Clinton Debate Analysis

On October 19, 2016 was the last debate against the presidential candidates, Hillary Clinton (Democrat) and Donald Trump (Republican). Now, in my opinion this election happens to be to the worst one in history. But, as a voter when deciding who to vote on, one candidate has to stand out the most. During all three of the debates against the candidates, we see to much of name-calling, scandals and a lot of nothing. What candidate can actually do good for our people? That is a question widely asked, and as a voter would say neither. In this last debate we see different topics that are wrong with our nation and we wait in awe to see which candidate impress us the most. These topics were issues that needed the most attention, and there is still …show more content…
In the debate about the supreme court were very different and a voter could see the very difference on views of each party. Under The Supreme Court was other topics that needed to be brought to light, like guns and abortion laws. But, first let 's talk about the Supreme Court as a whole. Hillary Clinton of the Democrat party mentioned that the court should stand on the side of its people. Meaning, they should support all people (race, age, religion, LGBT, etc.) and represent them as well. Hillary also, brought up the marriage equality on how women should have equal rights. That was early high point in this topic: Women 's Rights! As women get paid less than a man by doing the same job. She wants that eliminated and women get paid what she deserves, even if its a mans job. Lastly, Hillary touches on the confirming the new judge and explains the process. She feels that the Senate should approve of President Obama appointment of a new judge. Now, since we are still on Hillary let 's move on to what she has to say about guns and abortions laws in the Supreme Court. First, are gun laws. She thinks that there should be a regulation on all guns and be background checks. This wouldn 't be conflicting with the Second Amendment at all. Her main point is protecting children, especially toddlers from injuring their self or other. Next was the laws on abortions. Now Row v. Wade is a very sensitive topic. Hillary views on this happens to be a strong …show more content…
This topic had a lot of information given from both candidates. Clinton believes that when the middle class rise, america thrives. As a college student, Hillary ideas about tuition really stood out. She wants to lower the college debt and if a family makes $25,000 or less college should be free. Also, to lower taxes on business owners and raise taxes on the wealthy. Trump had a different thing to say, he first started also mentioning that Hillary would raise taxes and if she became president this nation would be a mess. He rarely mentioned anything about education, but mainly focused on trade. He want to have free trade and cut taxes. In conclusion, this debate was an interesting one. This was the last time that the candidates got to show us what the plan to do with our nation. The debate had a lot of pros and cons to it but it happens to be both candidates best performance. Trump actually acted civilized with a few minor name calling here and there. Hillary had to answer questions about her emails on Wikileaks. Overall, this was a better debate from last two. Hopefully, the candidates got to say all that needed to be said, because we will know who our next president is in two

I definitely agree with everything that James W. Ceaser stated in his writing. I do firmly believe that strengthened political parties would help our electoral process instead of having ruthless candidates “strengthened” by their organizations and here’s why. Before, candidates used to be chosen by members of the party; they would choose whoever was best fit to carry out the party’s platform the best. Since then, however, this idea has been long gone, which leads parties to have no direct influence over what candidate will be chosen. Political parties are no longer and identifier when people are asked who they are voting for or which side they are on. This is a very significant because it is one of the biggest issues of today’s election system, campaigns now are focused more than ever on candidates rather than the party platform.…

I believe Hilary Clinton won the final presidential debate. Clinton’s performance was more persuasive than Trump’s because she spoke with sophistication and intelligences. This country can go in two directions. The first way is up, with Clintons ideas and views I believe our country can become great and everything from trade to economy can thrive. The second way is down, with Trumps and his ideas to build a wall to keep immigrants out and his lack of commence sense and human decency.…

The Vice Presidential debate that occurred on October 4th 2016 was important to people across the united states. It is clear that many citizens are undecided on who to vote for, the point of this debate was to give clarity to voters and to reassure the American people of their views. I was hoping this debate would be better than the presidential debate however it seemed to be the same; Tim Kaine interrupting and Mike Pence constantly being on the defense. Despite the interruptions both candidates made a few good points that are essential to consider when making a decision. Both sides made strong arguments.…

In this debate, Clinton lost by simply not winning. The trends aren't currently in her favor, and Sanders is gaining in Iowa, where he's starting to be treated like a serious candidate by the press. Her attempts to attack Sanders's support for single-payer health care were widely perceived as backfiring, especially among liberal primary voters who could possibly be tempted to support Clinton out of practicality. She needed a debate in which she could show that Sanders was out of his depth, not someone you could plausibly see actually functioning as president. She didn't do that this time around.…

Thirty-two years ago, idiotic people voted the worst president in the whole wide world. Then the people who didn 't vote for him moved to another country. He made the taxes go up for the middle class rather than the upper class. As he is rich, he did not want to squander his wealth, plus he did not care for the common people. Although even the people moved to different countries, some people who did vote for him who are from the middle class got really exasperated.…

Five presidential candidates took to the stage on October 13th in Las Vegas, Nevada for the first Democratic Debate moderated by Anderson Cooper. A large percentage of American voters were surprised to learn how many candidates would be on the debate stage considering the polls and media have been dominated by only two candidates. Hillary Clinton the former Secretary of State, and Senator Bernie Sanders a self-described Socialist were joined by three virtually unheard-of candidates: Martin O'Malley the former Governor of Maryland, Lincoln Chaffee the former Rhode Island Governor, and Jim Webb, a US veteran and former Senator from Virginia. This debate was the first and potentially last opportunity for some of the candidates to make a name for…

My prediction about Hillary Clinton becoming the president was wrong. Donald Trump won the election and defeated Clinton. Clinton did not get enough votes as predicted by poll data. Trump got votes from Clinton’s supporters that did not vote her. The predictive models of politics can be improved by not being biased when making prediction, looking at more data, and viewing the viewpoint of both sides of arguments.…

While trying to get their point across, the candidates must also define their stance and make sure to back their ideas. The goals are to address issues and not miss an important mark which is what some of these candidates did. Once asked on the topic of taxes and economy, this left some of the candidates at ease. In both debates all candidates showed they had a variety of words to say about taxes and the economy, this also steamed up some questions without truthful answers. In the 2008 debate, Obama reaction to handling taxes is similar to Clintons point of view.…
