It is true when the immigrants don’t research enough and let the big companies take advantages of their immigrants’ status. I faced this situation when I came to the United States of America. My green card is processing and people were trying to take advantages of me and tried to pay me low. As a new immigrant I did not speak up for my rights and even I didn’t ask any question. Later, as I was living here I understood rules, regulation, and policies. As I expand my knowledge, I said no to low wages. However, those people don’t ask any questions, especially who enters this country illegally, without proper paper, documentation and overstayed in this country. Many immigrants who enter to settle down in the USA, at the beginning of the new life in the USA, they have to start with laborers works. There are pros and cons in everything. Moreover, many studies have also shown that new immigrants bring new ideas, become inventor, and entrepreneur in science and technology. Besides this, they are also commencing businesses which are helping to create new jobs for Americans rather than taking jobs from them, without immigrants working American labor force would be shrunk. High-skilled immigrants in science and technology have a significant positive impact as well as low-skilled immigrants fruitful for working class Americans. Working class Americans generate jobs for low-skilled immigrants, and they can contribute their effort toward innovative jobs. Because they can involve in high paying jobs, they can hire low-skilled immigrants for their household works. The USA need both kinds of the immigrant to maintain labor market and to keep overall country economy
