An example of an innocent person killed is about Carlos DeLuna who was convicted in 1983 and executed in1989. According to Executed But Possibly Innocent, “A Chicago Tribune investigation released in 2006 revealed groundbreaking evidence that Texas may have executed an innocent man in 1989. God created life and he gave us life to enjoy and have a good experience not to kill someone even if they did wrong. God will punish them in his own ways. According to the bible, the sixth commandment states, ”Thou shall not kill or commit adultery.” This means you should not use impurity and immodesty in looks, actions, and works whether you are alone or not and that you should not kill for any reason. The people that are being given the death penalty may have killed, but it is not our duty to punish them and kill. It is only Gods duty to punish those who do wrong. The death penalty is immorally wrong. Whether you believe in God or not, the death penalty is killing people. Isn’t that what the people are getting punished for, for killing people they get killed. What good is done with the death penalty? Is killing off people that have done crimes any good? No it’s not any good. The death penalty is immorally wrong in every way possible. It kills people, some innocent and some not. It causes problems with people and family members that grieve. Don’t you think that the death penalty is letting people get away with crimes and murders easier? Instead or being put in jail for the rest of there lives, they are killed and don’t have to deal with what they have done. The lord states that we shall not kill
