In this scripture I feel like it basically states that if you kill a man by human hands then the man that kill, should also be killed by human hands. God created us in his image, so if we kill a human it’s like taking apart of God because we were all created in his image. It is morally wrong, because God created man and if someone kills we are taking that away from God. “A man who sheds another man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed” this reminds me of retaliation because it’s saying if you shed blood your will be shed too, or if you kill you shall be killed by human hands too.

Bedau is a known adversary of capital punishment. Bedau say that the traditional defenders that support capital punishment have been people of religious and secular views.
