So, we elect for a president every four years. And for every president, we don’t really say they really accomplished much and we complain. Some presidents we don’t really even know their names or they even existed accept when we occasionally pass their names in the History textbook or the internet. Kim Jong-Un is a leader, Hitler was a leader. So was Stalin. George Washington was a leader; Angelina Jolie is a leader, so is our principle Mr. Occhino. Donald Trump, unfortunately, is a leader and James Comey is a leader. Considering all these people, I found out a leader is just a person who leads, inspires, and influences people. But there are many types of leaders. So let’s keep it simple to GREAT leaders, ADEQUATE leaders, and POOR leaders. To be a leader there are characteristics that will help you become one. These characteristics can be handed down or you can just develop these characteristics through time and practice.
1) Charisma or persuasion
2) Ability to communicate
3) Willpower
4) A good reputation
Even though most leaders have most of these characteristics there are differences between a great, adequate, or poor leader. To be a great leader, you must listen.
