My opinion about a person assisting a terminally ill person, in suicide is okay. This person is waking up every single day suffering and in pain because of their permanent illness. There isn’t a cure to their illness and the medicine can’t help ease the suffering. This person asks if you could help them by helping them end their life, which is the only way to stop their misery and pain. Some might think well they will eventually die; when they get old, but they will be suffering and in agony every single day of their lives until eventually their time comes up. These people have the right to end their life, but of course with the circumstances I have written and describe above. The terminally ill people should have this right as part of their civil liberties. If the person is terminally ill, there’s no cure, and etc. these people have a right as it states in the ninth amendment. The states’ banning assisted suicide is unconstitutional because the government is depriving these people from their rights which were given to them, but of course you have to have the circumstances describe above. Especially, if the person who was ill is a loved one of yours, you wouldn’t want to see someone you love in misery every day. What do you think about assisted suicide
