Due to the amount of profanity and violence included in this movie there was a lot of controversy centering around it. Most of the controversy was created because it was one of the first Superhero movies that includes such a large amount of these “bad” characteristic. Since many Superhero movies are advertised to children and young people it was strange for many to see this movie come out with an R rating. Although it came out with an R rating and gave reasons for this rating there were still many parents that were surprised at the content that came from this movie.
